That was my thoughts and intentions really. Marks car, at the front end at least, its all new really. We did inner and outer Track rods, and lower balljoints a couple of months ago.
Bit more progress on @Dr Jekyll 's car...
Got the box back from Agency...
Forgot to get many pics tbh, Basically before I put it back in, Newly painted lots of bits, Inc box due to Mark himself.
Threw it back in
Terrible pic...
Filled the box with...
However the box leaks, from the...
Dephaser will cause crap idle so.
The stealth tip design causes it due to being directed at the floor, I may be wrong here, but I assume its due to how it bouces off the floor, and then through the boot floor.
Noise out the back, is win.
I had a Laguna 2, although 1.9 dci Manual (as per in Clio).
I agree the facelift is muuuch better, but for a cheap daily, its lovely tbh. After the Clio it felt like a luxury car lol. Any questions regarding Laguna's PM me.
Its certainly something I am expecting to sort at a later date. I'd probably use a Ph1 evolve design, since it'd be easier to make. The front mount is polybushed too, and keeps it damn tight without the rear mount in place anyway.
As for power, straight away it should be circa 120/130bhp and...
Rocker cover doesn't have a gasket, and to reseal it you need to do the belts, so just get the specialist who does your belts to do it at the same time. Its pretty standard tbh. Pretty much every Clio I do the belts on I end up resealing the cam cover.
It'd be worth while doing the inlet O-ring...
Theres certainly more people tuning the 1.9's than the 1.5, and the scope is a lot bigger.
We did think this at the time, Going to keep an eye on it but we reckon its going to break the mount first, mind theres very little movement in the engine after the front mount. Did think at the time its...
Looking good dude.
Those coilovers arent bad at all, mate has them on his Ph1 track car and I've found them pretty good.
Is the gearbox leak certainly driveshaft and not selector seal traveling, I'd probably guess not with how you describe, but its always a thought.
Noisy dephaser, plus belts were due next year anyway, so doing belts and loads of other bits too. And the gearbox is off for rebuild, so clutch etc there too..
Much monies!
