Roll bar bushes should tighten up wheel feeling imo did notice when changed mine especially outers, have you checked top mounts for play they sometimes need quater turn 2be tight, inner rack ends is another1 or like you said new bottom arms...

Lucky my rattle at approx 3.5k was my alternator pulley/bearing. Could try dropping aux belt off to check alt first.

Clio 172's are pricey to ensure.
