Sounds like relay or tdc fault to me. In the relay box the one in the middle is rad fan other outside two are fuel rail/injectors and other is for pump. Just one relay fault will shut down entire fuel start system. Have you tried rotating the relays?

Put them in the air vent grids two in the centre and other one in drivers side vent cut circular holes sink them in, changes back easily, visable, moveable slightly for sight perfect placement.
Its the connection on starter wire spade connector on exciter wire prob had it. If not try using a jump cable as a power wire from batt to starter to check main power wire could even be a corroded +batt terminal.
Steering has sudenly gone stiff, 1/2 mile from home tf trail of fluid on drive behind car oops. Poped bonnet up and has little puddle and bit of spray on rad fan housing on os front of block near belts the under tray has fluid everywhere the other pipes and up higher seem dry? Would a knackered...
