Where to buy a Ph1 Dogbone Mount? I don't fancy the polybush route.
Also are Mk1 Valver/Williams Dogbone mounts the same as Ph1s? As I can get hold of a new one of those easily - they look the same by eye.
Got a local garage to fit a standard cat + midsection last week and I also gave them the nwp cat fitting kit to use as well - ever since I have had bad vibration and noise then accelerating, as if one of the engine mounts failed and the cat is hitting the subframe.
However after reading some...
Air Con has stopped working today - pressing the Air Con button does nothing - even the light in the switch doesn't light. Any ideas on what to check? Worked 100% fine about 1 month ago.
Will a standard mid-section fit my cat - or will the different bores (I assume they are different anyway) cause issues when bolting them together?
Pic of my cat (unknown brand) connected to my 2.5" bore stainless exhaust.
Standard Midsection...
Yeah it's the cat thats confusing me, it's got a sports cat on it and custom exhaust so it's hard to tell what to change it with (way too loud!). I'll look for the lambda sensors, if it has 2 when it must be longer size hopefully!
Re: Is the ClioSport more efficient Fuel wise at higher revs?
Don't think its true, try driving on a long 30-40mph run in fifth - mentally good mpg figures!
Am I right in thinking that the only difference between Ph1 and Ph2 exhausts is the length of the middle section - i.e. a Phase 2 catback exhaust would fit a Phase 1 fine and vise versa, and that it would only be a problem if I wanted to mix Phase 1 and 2 mid section and backbox?
Cheers
4" speaker in a 5" hole! I think it was taken from a Mk1 as they have 5" speakers up front and 4" in the back, and was bodged in :dapprove:
Only in Hatfield for uni, I steer clear whenever possible!
