Is it more of a 'grating' noise than a clunk? At one point my steering rack was touching the heatshield. It doesn't do that now, but I do have similar noise symptoms as yours. And for the record - mine is north of 135k. Might just be an age-related thing?

I actually found it better on the 360 - assuming I could see past the screen tearing and other graphical limitations. The PC version is too zoomed in - I keep wanting to scroll the mouse wheel back to get a wider view! :)

I've only noticed the arch liner having an issue where it contacts the inner lip at the bottom of the bumper. Mine is very close to the rear tyre - though the drivers side is fine. It has caught it in the past - there are a couple of scuffs - but nothing major.

Don't forget - even if you bought one of the last 1*2's - they will be around a decade old now. That's 10 years of daily abuse, s**t on the roads, pot-holes, crap weather, etc. For what they go through, they are very reliable.
