TRACK TROPHY 381 – PROGRESS TO DATE

In those photos it most possibly was running more. I was taking too much out of the tyres and didn't feel that much benefit, so I've started taking some off. AFTER box n diff next year it will be going in for geo and corner weight set up so I'll see what suits at that time

TRACK TROPHY 381 – PROGRESS TO DATE

Cheees mate I run 2.5 degrees camber although I'm taking some off. I run 10mm spacers with the 35mm offset wheels, I also have 16mm and 25mm spacers to suit other off sets that I run. Hopefully catch up with you next year at the track or some shows

It's the bumper bracket mate, either bend them up out the way or cut them off

Thanks for the kind comments mate...... Only really got rubbing on the bumper brackets mate in the main. Although my arch liners have been worn away. The change to 15s might not solve your issue as whilst smaller rim you are upping the profile size of the tyre so out side diameter is...

    Team Dynamic wheel offset+size recommendation

It didn't make any odds mate, I already have 2 sets at 35 so a third were sensible, especially for resale as well, so a safe bet. I had thought about the 25mm but it was pot luck with Team Dynamics (not too impressed with them). I ordered 35 offset and after an 8 week wait (quoted 3 to 4) 38...

    Team Dynamic wheel offset+size recommendation

Hi mate, I use 15" wheels as the car is purely track. I have clio 197 / 200 brembos. They have been machined down, where the adaptor brackets sit, by approx 4 or 5mm, generally the norm if you want to fit 15s. If you are using 16s then you are good fit them without machining (I believe). The...

Don't know what to buy, help please lol

I had the same dilemma so bought both. 3s will look better once the tyres are on them and it on the deck, but even at a 38off set they have massive clearance on the brembos

Et 35, 10mm spacers front (just to get brembo clearance) nothing on the rear (camber shims pushing them out a little though)......

Sorry first one looked similar, if you go back a few pages in the thread I copied and pasted the spec I'm sure (working from my phone so not too easy to navigate), the item description on the second one was blank.....

TRACK TROPHY 381 – PROGRESS TO DATE

Cheers Andy. No Not yet. Trial fitted and massive clearance so perfect. Was worried as they came in 38 off set and not 35mm as ordered, which was the reason for selling the grey 1.2s (every mm counts with the Brembo conversion) but really happy. They won't be going on until next year, car is...

TRACK TROPHY 381 – PROGRESS TO DATE

Yeah that's similar mate. Battery is perfect, never missed a beat all year, Fraser has no complaints either. I believe a few other guys have got them too now. Only thing I do is isolate it between uses. as if left on the alarm will run it down within a fortnight, but two minutes running and...

LAST UPDATE OF THE YEAR (POSSIBLY)!........,, Tonight's update! It has been a while! Bit of a poor show this year as far as track days go, only done 6, most of those wet which whilst good fun never really hit the spot  Anyway, cars all set up, washed, polished and ready to battle at the...

PERFORMANCE FRENCH NIGHT - Pictures say it all really  These were taken at the end of the night..... A few battle scars on a few cars but all in all fun time had by all I think...... I still have the rumble from either the box or the hub, possibly slight play in the wheel bearing so...

Well boredom has set in again! So that means eBay!! This time a cheap modification which I'm hoping makes a big difference! After getting the HANS device it's very hard to turn your head and look down pit lane, so thought I'd try one of the wide angle mirrors...... I got the one that clips...
