yea, im following the guide, the changing of the runners is supposed to be the easiest part of the guide, as its just swap em, but i cant actually get the screws that hold the R19 runners off, and we are using alot of force on em.
Hi,
Got hold of some R19 leathers, but am struggling to get the R19 runners off, my dad has even tried it and only managed to get one off.
Also the ones at the back, how on earth can u get them off, theres so little space to get a torx driver in there.
Any help would be appreciated
Hi, just wondering if anyone with a leather interior on here has had to repair it, i.e scratches, or just worn or cracked parts.
What products did u use and how effective was it?
Cheers
true, a dual voice coil, at 4 ohms each, would be like having 2 x 4ohm subs, running in parrellel, using ohms law, this works out to be 2ohms
(R1xR2) / (R1+R2) = (4x4) / (4+4) = 16/8 = 2ohms
Looking at the spec, id say its 750w RMS, and 2000w Max, meaning youd have to get an amp that chucks...
ive seen them on my RT when i took the centre console out to replace the heater matrix, the red one is for the central locking button, the white 3 pin one is for the ciggy lighter i think, not sure on the other thou lol
does your ciggie lighter etc work without them plugged in then lol or are...
not bad at all, my car was deliberately vandelised, and the van that did it, parked next to mine, with the paint of my car still on his bumper, he did it because he didnt like where i parked.
Admitted it was him, but police didnt wanna know, and i wasnt gonna claim on my insurance.
Glad to...
its not a reading from the actual sensor, lambda is just a reading of oxygen, there could be a hole in your zorst thats allowing air in, thats usually the case (well thats what i found when it was my MOT)
ive been looking at them EL dials aswell, they look smart, shame they dont make any for the older clios, RTs and valvers. definately something different.
perhaps if we could get enough people intrested, n send em an email, theyll get their arses in gear n make a batch
from gillingham here, if u look in the meetings section mate, im trying to get a whole kent meet going on, i got relations down in herne bay so sometimes down that way.
On the old RT dials, there are lights, on the left showing fog lights on, main beam etc, on the right hand side, can anyone explain what each indicator light is for, because i swear i keep seeing one flash momentarily.
thanks in advance
i havent got a flamer kit, but ask JLOW, he followed me to a bluewater meet, all i had on was an old cat, which id poked all the ceramic out of, so it was almost a straight thru, and a peco backbox.
now ive got a proper de-cat and a ktec exhaust, its just crazy, it pops n bangs every gear...
hmmmm well was hoping a few people on this forum could tell me how they got a bee sting on their mk1 clios as i dont fancy buying the big long aerial as it jus looks sh*te.
yup thats some heavy bass in that, love that track!!!
anyone know where i can "get" that song "its the quad" i saw a vid of someones sub and it had some major movement!!!
Before i bought my car, the aerial had been changed from the really long renault one to some van aerial, the base of it is totally the wrong size, and i want to change it for a bee sting aerial.
I need to get an aerial with a base aswell, could someone advise me of where to get one as ive seen...
does it have 2 pins/legs coming off of it?
if so youve bought a resistor that u can buy in most electronic shops for a few pence.
all it does is confuse the ECU into running richer because of it thinking its colder air.
Got a busted mirror, passenger side, cable tied the inside so that it wont fall off at 50mph like it did, appears like someones clipped it, and snapped the pin inside.
how much would a set like dazs cost as mine are slighty different (maybe coz of older car)...
hmmm well i worked mine out on my RT on a motorway run at an average of 80mph, so not fully caining it by any standard, was 28.41MPG, out of a 1.4RT!!!
mines seriously low, dont know why. u prolly have the same problem as mine, just hungry for fuel
Just wondering where u all bought em from, and for how much.
Want to order my kit this weekend as the car is looking a state and really needs to get in the spray shop.
Thanks
rung em up earlier and said that i wanted to do some long drives over the weekend, and it would be great help if i could get an upto date database downloaded, and the chap got it done there n then.
Nice company, definately like the friendlyness of em, makes me glad i paid for it now. hard to...
Hi all, just got one of these, and have just registered on the website, just wondering how longer delay it took for your serial number to be validated.
As i dont really want to wait till monday.
Thanks
well i covered 500 miles, on around 80 litres i worked it out to.
which works out to 28.41MPG (so the online MPG calculator said)
and thats mainly motorway aswell
think i got a heavy fueling 1.4
