i spose, but would only be benificial if your running rear speakers that use the same air space as the other speakers. I dont have to worry coz i dont run any rear speakers, and have no intention of running rears as i sit in the front, sod what people hear in the back lol

shark is pretty much a budget name aswell, bit like SPLx so id say get yourself a more powerful amp.. your prolly running the amp to the max and its clipping, making it sound awful

what amp u got running these then, coz u might be using an amp that just isnt capable of driving both of them, and hows it wired up, i.e in parrellel or on 2 channels if its a multi-channel amp.

is the new box seperated for each sub, i.e a middle wall to make 2 enclosures. if not then ones wired in the wrong polarity, whichll mean when 1 moves out, the other moves in, which wouldnt change the pressure inside the box, causing hardly, if any bass at all to be produced. Quite easy to...

yea mine has quite a high limiter, but because of the charactoristics (sp) of the energy engine thats in the 1.4 RT, theres just no torque at them high revs

yup sony dont have a good name when it comes to car audio, they make nice graphical units, but the quality is pants, sos the workmanship of the PCB inside. I think a blind 5 year old kid could do better soldering. (ive only got a sony HU coz it came with the car lol)

my mate gave me his clio because he didnt think it would make it to france and back, and replaced it with a civic. First car a freebie from a friend!! funnily enough nothing has gone wrong with mine, yet hes had his problems. (mines a K reg 1.4RT and he replaced it for a P reg Civic 1.4)

yea thats 92.5bhp at the fly,looks like 65bhp at the wheels so thats a bit more than 8bhp lol. seems to work out at like 40% loss 65/100=0.65 x 140 = 91

do u only get this noise when the engine is on, as ive heard about people getting noises when the engines running, due to the alternator. you can get a supressor that usually cuts the noise down
