Going to do a cheeky little rear brake disc change on my car this weekend, is it necassary to change the bearings aswell or do people just do it because it is easier than pressing out the bearings?
Also, apart from a press, do you need anything special to press out the bearings?
I personally...
£280 for Mark Fish ones? They do look good, and pritty solid but thats a lot of money. However I am doing more trackdays now so need some thing that is going to be good. Hmmmmm decision time.
Cheers boys
Has anyone used the Mark Fish solid top mounts?
I have the knocking noise coming from my suspension and think its the top mounts, so I'm going to up grade and either get Mark Fish or AST, heard some bad things about Compbrake ones.
Anyone with any suggestions would be great cheers
Mine did, maybe you had a good one. Andy from GDI said it was a common problem as the Renault zorsts are s**t. I changed mine just over a month ago and the old centre section was rusted to hell.
You dont need a tow eye to go on track so that wouldn't be a problem, but I dont think the marshalls would be too happy about an external camera just incase it did come off.
I love it though, you need to start making these and flogging them. ;)
Hey, I'm after some pics of arctic 182's that have white badges, bullets and wheels on them, just to get an idea of what they look like as this could be my next colour scheme.
Cheers
Steve
Just had the tires taken off my 182 wheels as I am selling them. While the tires were off I gave them a good clean and thought I would stick them on the calibrated scales at work. They weight 9.625kgs each.
Just incase anyone wanted to know.
