yeah car is going fine now :) done a good 100+ since this happened.

After a clean today i took some photos of my car and my mates mk5 golf gti. A few of them are normal ones that i haven't edited/some have been edited on the laptop/some were taken using affects on the camera.

Is that off a megane or home made job?

I can easily T in to the coolant hoses i suppose.. i just thought that if the feed and return were off of the thermostat then that would be an easy change and sort that problem out :).

Did you use the T-piece form a megane on your engine? is your turbo water cooled?

Ive read up about the turbo etc but i cant find any information about where the oil feed and return are located on the head/block. For the likes of the auxiliary water cooler that wouldn't be necessary for me :)

Basing these questions on the megane 225 engines. As the turbos are water feed, where does the water feed and return come from and go to? is it the thermostat housing? if so is this able to fit a F4R? Oil feed and returns..where on the f4rt are they located and are these ports available on the...

I would be pretty happy with 210-220bhp on a Low boost conversion...i would be DELIGHTED with 300bhp from a megane hybrid job lol

thanks for the help mate. Even if the car is running fine now with no lights on the dash will it still show sensors that aren't working correctly?

Ive driven the car a good 60/70miles since this and its been fine? diagnostics check next week anyway i hope

If it was one of them sensors would the problem not be there all the time?
