IMO the tints work nicely but I am not a fan of black wheels. Make it look a bit too gangsta and IMO the clio isn't that sort of car. It doesn't lend itself to that image.

Don't ask how (it wasn't me) but I have bumper blackener all over one side of my car. It is like an oiley type substance and has been rubbed in!
Best way to get it off?

I would leave the white unless you're prepared to clean the wheels a couple of times a week. If so go for 2118s (but will set you back a fair bit and will look naff is the car isn't lowered 60mm+)

Checked my oil this morning just through routine - was a bit alarmed to find it was so low the dipstick doesn't even get wet :S

Handles worse (IMO) but unless you are a keen driver I doubt you'd notice.
Wheels will sit further in the arches. A 10mm spacer is advisable.
Will not slow your car down noticeably. The speedo speed may be slightly lower, but thats just due to the larger rolling radius.
