Checked my oil this morning just through routine - was a bit alarmed to find it was so low the dipstick doesn't even get wet :S Would this explain a squeaking sound that I thought was the aux belt? Which oil do I use? We have some 20w-50 in the garage...any good? Aslong as the car won't f**k...

Handles worse (IMO) but unless you are a keen driver I doubt you'd notice. Wheels will sit further in the arches. A 10mm spacer is advisable. Will not slow your car down noticeably. The speedo speed may be slightly lower, but thats just due to the larger rolling radius. Sam

Yeah deffo new tyre. The amount of heat generate from the unusual movement in the tyre will cause a blow out.
