bonnet dont shut proper, catches on safety latch, safety latch is s**t and fails at speed
they gotta allow for f**k ups, if you strip a bolt an hour job can become a two hour one. it all evens out in the end

ok. the 172's missfiring. drove fine stopped it 40mins later its missfiring like fuk. checked plugs ok. sprayed the leads and plugs on the coil pack with duck oil. chucked it back together still missfiring. pop round to see my mate and borrowed his scanner the only logged code is '13 lambda...
lol so your pads have loads of meat on them then :)
if so check your wheel bearings and cv joints
however it could be as simple as a stone or some grit stuck between pad and disc take your pads out, clean 'em and the disc and refit 'em, before you worry about anything else
use brake cleaner...
are you sure its not just leaking from the schrader valve (the bit under the black plastic cap) ?
spray some water around to be certain, if its the valve it can be replaced for pence

don't f**k about get a copper/hide hammer lay underneath and t**t it off! hit the inside of the tyre first if that don't work you'll have to hit the inside of the wheel rim. use the hide end first if that don't work you'll have to use the copper side and take a chance
