You don't get Wanli, Nexen etc. ? They are a "cheap" brand here too, but not the cheapest you can buy.
The Federal tyre I mentioned earlier (it's from their Motorsport range) actually did very well in a tyre test done by a local magazine. It's only downfall was wet weather performance...
I didn't say they were fitted to my RSC!
It was purely an example of how each manufacturer makes budget and performance tyres - the same goes for Federal. ;)
What model Federal tyre are we talking about here? I don't have them, but a few people in Australia do on their RSC's and I've never heard anything bad from them, except that they're perhaps not the best in the wet? I think most of them are using the 595 RS-R?
As another example I've had...
I've got one and it worked well on my RSC, but was very slow (I guess due to all the ABS circuitry etc?)
I've tried it on a different vehicle with a bayonet cap and it was useless and leaked ( I even purchased a new cap and drilled a hole in it for the fitting etc.) IMHO they best used only on...
Hence my earlier comment about needing a new centre resonator. ;)
IMHO you'd totally change the character of the RS192 system by enlarging that section. You will most likely get a lot more exhaust noise (it might even make it drone inside?) and might lose some lower rev range performance.
Just checked their website and it's 2.5" (hence the question mark I put after 2.25" - I wasn't 100% sure what size it was.)
But, the bottom line is the inlet piping to the muffler AND the muffler internal diam at it's inlet is 2".
Your battery voltage is way too low. My old battery was marginal at starting if the vehicle sat and was reading 12.6V.
Remove it and fully charge it on a decent charger, then let it sit overnight (out of the car and off the charger) and check the voltage in the morning. If it's not at least...
I've got RE-11's in 205/50R15 - awesome tyre in the dry and I've got no complaints about their wet weather performance (when it has rained ). Surprisingly quiet riding tyre given the outright grip they have. No more wheel spin in first gear which is a pleasant change from my 2/3rds...
If you want simple then look at the Pioneer speakers that are made to plug straight in. If you search you will find info on them.
Definitely replace the factory tweeters (or disconnect them if you go the coaixal route), they're far from being decent quality.... I'd recommend looking at some of...
Your Odyssey might be on the way out? It should be able to supply higher Pulse Cranking Amps than a normal wet cell battery (ie. PCA= cranking current measured for 5 seconds, CCA's are rated for a longer period - 30 seconds IIRC?)
However an AGM (absorbed glass matt) battery like the Odyssey...
205/50R15 - but only because my stock size was 205/45R16 so they're a closer match overall diameter (than 195 for me.)
195/50R15 would probably be the best option for you.
Why on earth would you do that? It's designed to save your arse in exactly those conditions!
When I dynoed my 182 I had the fault light lit (forgot to turn the ESP off.) It came good after a while.
What size wheels and tyres are you running? (and what pressures?)
I've downsized to 15" because I was sick of the rough/ crashy ride. It's a lot better now and I don't really miss the small trade off in steering response.
The water pump is down the other end! :)
There is an engine mount underneath the battery and I have heard of other people having problems with it coming lose. If you can't work out what the noise is then perhaps take out your battery and check it's all tight underneath.
Spal would be worth a look, they make a lot of high performance compact fans. Check the CFM rates under load to- some brands aren't too good!

Not too good in the wet from a recent magazine review I read. The Dunlop Direzza DZ03 is a lot better, even the lower spec Toyo R1R outperformed the R888 in the wet (but you can't buy the R1R in the UK from what I've previously heard.)
I don't know what the import taxes are like in the UK, but...
