Uni chip that way you can have it reprogramed once the willy lump is in there. Cost about 400-500. Or you could get a hillpower chip 150 fitted and 35 to have it reprogramed once you have the willy fitted. i guess teh uni chip will give more power and torque but its just down to what you can afford.

Dont think so, but from what ive heard I would keep well away mate. Try k tec, bb or hillpower.

Umm sounds strange never had any problems with mine. Try it with the brether of the idle contol valve?as it might be getting starved of air? Also try a breather on the crank case.

Yep. I had a hillpower uprated one on my old 1400, did the trick.

Rockport just use the 1800 manifold and downpipe on the williams.

Its off a cup. With a 90 degree samco hose from rallydesign and a home made adaptor plate. It sits behind the front grill but i need to sort out a decent air feed for it. Would take some pics but havent got a digi camera:( might see if i can borrow my mates.

LOL sorry to hear that mate. a common fault. Leave engine running to burn all the plastic off then open blowers and windows to flush it all out. Then buy about 10 air freshners haha.

But youd need a chip or pbv with a cam anyway to sort the fueling with the increased breathing from the cam.

Rockport saw it down at hillpower had to give give him a hand getting it out of the skip and cleaning all the mud and sand off it LOL. No only j/k looks like it came out of a minter. Happy motoring.

Ben cool idea on keeping it standard but i would be more than tempted to get a decat and chip in there, in fact i would buy one tomrrow .. lol. Would still look and sound standard but with that extra little bite that i think your looking for;)

i think the original colour is just the plating it has as standard. You could go to a colour match place and get them to find a colour near it?

I ve got a viper but a couple of people run bmcs. Good bit of kit, should deff make a difference on yours. Thats a good price as well.

Nope! just use decent plugs i.e NGK. And unless your leads are nackered, which i very much doubt, you will see no gains in swaping them.
