    You can get them from anywhere mate. the clio 1.2(same bore) as the 1400 came with a unsilenced centre section. thats a good price though.

    I "think" it just bolts on and you can keep the standard 16v manifold. You can keep the same gearbox as well.

    Get a hillpower induction kit. Decat and exhaust should aslo free a few bhp. A chip should see you around 90bhp in total.

    BarryD is right the torsion bar acts as the spring the shocks just control the rebound etc.

    Yes change every 6k max. Use a fully sin shouldnt eat as much oil then.
