Mine didnt come with any - only after hassling the dealer did they eventually find some from another set - supposedly they dont supply them with the mats as standard anymore, as they damage the carpet?
Didnt stop me using them though - very handy to stop the mat going under the throttle (or...
Agreed :D - what I heard was that the 3 month thing comes about as Renault UK sell to lease car companies etc at a much bigger discount (approx. £11.5k for a fully specced 182) - and they are contracted not to sell it within this period...
I was told the same thing with pre-reg ones from various sources - I could take delivery almost immediately, but it wouldnt be my name on the V5 until after 3 months - I just didnt fancy paying for a car and having it someone elses name, so paid a (little) bit more to be the first owner!
There...
The reg was sold at DVLA auction for £1k (& VAT/fees etc) in March - so approx. £1.3k in total - I got well outbid :(
Maybe hes trying to cut his losses?!
and you can be really lazy like me and buy speaker adapter cables from http://www.nexxia.co.uk/Speaker_adaptors/renault.htmhttp://www.nexxia.co.uk/Speaker_adaptors/renault.htm that plug straight on...
Dont rate the Recaro ones at all - not the most secure (though they look the biz!)
Depending how big a 4yo he/she is, a Britax Duo Isofix is really good (my 1.5yo has one) - doesnt move at all with Isofix (£120 at the local Halfords) or something like a Graco Junior Plus if theyre a bit bigger...
I bought some of these/fitted them at the weekend - pretty good overall, and much better than standard - well worth £50 for 4. Still needs more bass in the back though :), hopefully get my sub installed soon!

Made a statement to the Police (apparently she reported it too ), and theyve given me her details - they suggested if I wanted to take it further to go through the insurance co! (yeah right for £21!). They werent interested in whos fault it was though
Oh well at least shell get...
Grrr...on the way to work this morning and some intelligent woman in a Ka decides to overtake parked cars even though I was coming the other way! Result one broken wing mirror and the mirror cover 100yds down the road.
She didnt even stop until I turned round and caught up with her! The excuse...
They spelt my name wrong too and it took 3 weeks for a new one
Although I got it from the DVLA a couple of weeks after I collected the car in the first place? (it was registered with my private plate as it was on retention)
With all the torque I found it relatively easy to keep under 3.5k/4k max for first 650 miles - I defy you to keep it under 2.5k though! (unless you have a lot of traffic round your way!)
Averages about 28-29mpg, just done 1500 miles total all fast A/B roads. Gives about 250miles to a tank.
Optimax made no appreciable difference though (my old Honda got a couple more mpg from it) so will stick to the normal stuff from now on I think.
