Looking for a decat pipe for 172 Mk II PHII, it has std manifold but magnex system after std cat. See a few people with this set up but which decat should I go for and how much are they.

Since I jacked up my car last week and changed the cat there is a strange noise either coming from the exhaust or under the car.
It sounds like air is getting into the cabbin, I've checked the exhaust and its not blowing. But it exagerates with speed and definately comes from under the car...

Some gibbon has scratched mine all the way along, down to the plastic in some places.
I really need to remove them and respray. Are they easy to take off?
had an issue with my xenon not starting last week, all is fine now with that but the whole light housing has filled with condensation.
What is the best way to remove this - hopefully without stripping down the light unit.
I've seen a few cars where they remove the hairy underbonnet mat and replace with silver heat shielding.

The car has been lowered 25mm on PI springs allround
The rubbing occurs when the front wheels are turned and it seems they catch the plastic arch inside the wheel housing.
Any ideas and pictures of which bit needs modifying to stop this.
Decided to have a look at my wifes punto brakes today as they've had the rattles and I planned to check the shimms etc.
When I got the wheel off and rattled the caliper the pads fell out? When I looked closer the clevis pin had completely gone? The otherside turned out to be exactly the same...
Guy's, been trying for 30 mins and getting frustrated.

but wheel wont come off?
Tried kicking it from both ends, levering with a crowbar braced against the caliper and nothing will budge it.
All the other 3 wheels came off after two kicks.
Any ideas, gonna wait...
Pound for pound the best modification you can do in my experience.
Went down to see paul this morning and in 30 mins the new map was on and we were out drivng, didn't get to see much difference around Leeds but the drive home was a different matter.

My left light was out and when I checked the rubber seal was off so think that so water has got into the ballast.
Do these dry out naturally or is it screwed?
And to replace the ballast is it easier to remove the full headlight unit?
I've heard about removing the acoustic valve, does this make airflow better?
And without loosing a fog light is there a better way to pipe the air in using an aftermarket hose?

Why, how much and who does it?
Just been looking throught the (stunning) modded car section and noticed a heat wrapped manifold, my only guess at why is to keep the engine bay temp down?
But if I'm wrong it doesn't sound like an expensive mod and I may be interested if its worth it.
