Ok my power steering pump is almost dead so im thinking of gettin a manual conversion which would also free that little bit more power.
Basically i want to know how much it will cost in parts and what parts are going to be needed and how i go about doing it, how long it takes etc.

ok then if it was my car i would:
Get some 15s with good sticky rubber, can lower it loads but with crap tyres it wont make any difference to handling! trust me i know this!
Get a decent suspension set up, shocks and springs, lower it about 60mm, or save for coilovers..
Get a front...

Strip it out, ful exhaust with decat, panel filter is cheapest and easiest to do, if you really wnated to go for it speak to benr he can do you headwork, cams etc. It will be the Diet engine wont it? D7F isit?
Ok im gettin the tappin from my injectors so im assumin 1 or more are blocked, iv tried using some injector cleaner petrol additive, added to full tank, not gone through a full tank yet but the tickin hasnt gone away meanin the injector is still blocked and sometimes struggles to start in cold...
lmao very good advert that isnt it. no information about the car and modifications. to me it looks like a williams with a set of alloys and exhaust. how can it be worth 8 grand? 87,500 miles aswell? did i miss something?
i thought coilovers only go as low as 60mm, well i measured mine against an rt who claimed his is lowered around 105 on the back and mine is almost as low so mine cud be more than 90, bearing in mind im sat on 16s with 195/45 tyres,

mines 60 on front and 90 on back and it hates speed "pillow"/bumps, bottom of my ktec back box is nearly flat from all the scrapin its done lol, ill get some pics up of it if you want sat on 16s! and the damaged box lol

Ok going to get a new cable since the plastic part snapped off on the pedal and the adjuster under the bonnet has broke,

my valver(not an rt i kno) is lowered 60 at front and around 90 or so at the back,
Ive had 15s. 185/55 and didnt rub or catch what so ever on anything, the exhaust caught on bumps etc
I now have 16s, 195/45 and it catches sometimes on full lock, not badly though, sometimes catches with people...
id go with a different engine instead of spending tht on it buts all upto you in the end, much easier to modify current engine than to get a newer engine but there is more of a future and further tuning potential with the likes of a 172 engine. as people have said it will cost around £300 more...
i cant see the diddy 1.2 lump being bored out by 400cc, could be wrong though...id expect it to go to around 1300-1400cc.
If you got it bored you would probably need it remapping for the fueling or it probably wont run right.
Best thing to do is get a cam(s) in and a map
Ok im going to service the valver/willy hybrid this weekend and wondering what is a good oil to use for the willy lump and what are good uprated plugs to use that i can get off the shelf? same goes for leads aswell.
Dont think u can get uprated oil filters can you?
