This was my first meet, so it was nice to meet a few people and see a few of the areas cars. There was quite a few cars out for a 'small' meet!!!! And there was LOTS of dust. Mighty Whitey Wheels My Favourite

Locking the wheels isn't braking, its skidding!!!!!! Proper bracking is modulate before the 'locking' occurs.

When i press the button and lock my car the alarm beeps once, indicators flash and the car locks. Then the alarm just beeps constantly like a door is open. I have checked all the door/bonnett sensors etc, along with the fuse, all the windows are up and there is nothing in-front of the interior...

The biggest advantage i found with them is the pedal 'feel', the dead travel has gone and the travel is solid instead of lifeless and spongy. Stopping distances have been dramactically reduced, overall the best mod i have done!!! Where are you based Mark? If you want to try them give me a shout.

meggerman - can't really say yet, have only done around 50 miles and becasue i changed to different tyres and lowered the suspension a bit more at the same time the improvements are a combination. Renault_boy - they are 15x7 and i got them in ET43 fmp_ - brakes only just fit, had to remove...

295mm discs, had to take the inner balance weights off, but they just fit.

Its dirty now and im off to Bimingham in the morning, so i might have to make the effort to clean it before i head down!!!! Should be a good meat though, it will be my first.

Did you clean/polish them first? Will make them loads easier to clean later on!!!! Mine are already filthy after just driving around to take pics!!!!!!!

^^ About the same as the 16'' Pro race 1.2's that came off. Don't know exactly, just felt about the same. Only done about 20/30 miles, but the sidelwalls feel a lot stiffer than the PE2's and the dry grip is excellant.
