what mileage are clios expected to live upto (especially the 1.2) as mine will be approaching 99k next week :s

personally i would just go for a new air filter (k&n or similiar), new exhaust and keep it serviced. make it sound and look nice to compensate for it being slower than a tortoise on crutches!

5.5k in 3rd going up the clee hill on the way to work its funny overtaking people and watching the look on there face as they see a 1.2 go tearing past them at 70 up the steepest bank in shropshire cant do it anymore as theres a 50 limit up said hill....................bugger!

mine brakes aswell kept catching my foot on a bloody pedal imbetween the clutch and the accelerator. god knows what its for lol

my third set have just started to grind now i use the engine to slow the car down but what am i doing wrong??? / is there something else wrong with the car???? ok i go over the clee hill everyday which could put more pressure on the brakes but surely not that much

yes i admit i was.......and still am went on a 300 mile round trip to blackpool and first of all it went like a treat on the motorway (clear run always had plenty of power should i have had needed to stretch it and overtake something for a change of scenery) and it was fairly quiet and using...

open bonnet and check if the air box has come off if its anything like mine they are a crap fitting and come off at every bump you hit!

got mine from local motor factors for £15 then broke the little plug which then mean i had to go to the scrappies and get a new one which was another £2
