I've got a cheap (approx £20) one from ebay, which works over bluetooth and I downloaded "Torque" for my mobile to read all the data.
It interfaces perfectly and shows a stack of data, apparently I've no faults recorded but the only way to check for sure would be to have a diag check done at...
Similar price to what I was charged by my little local garage for Kalrius (Timax) boxes - which manufacturer made the better ones?
The first part numbers seem similar to the cheap ones advertised on ebay, IIRC.
Thing is i'm not bothered about having a noisy zorst/loud boomy one - infact I removed a Powerflow one for that reason.
I'll check the local dealer then, might see if Wests have anything to offer too.
Are there any pattern-part exhaust brands that have proved better than others?
My cheap one from the local factors is falling apart, the outer material is basically shearing off at the hanger - I suspect they all have a tendency to do this?
It's only been fitted for a couple of months, and...

Resurrecting this ol' thread as I've just got bought a S-E Xperia Arc - does anyone have suggestions for cases or additional apps to get the most from it?
Have upgraded from a HTC hero so not unfamiliar with Android...
This is like when people spray their rear lights black - yes they still work, but they're so dim that it's not worth having them in the first place!
Lights are bright for a very good reason...
I posted standard 205/45/R16 tyre pressures last week, check my profile for recent posts. Any other size will likely need something different.
Personally I prefer standard width, anything narrower will just give a harsher ride in return for little real-world improvement in handling, etc.
I thought i'd update this thread for the sake of it - accidently nudged the clock display on the buttons & the numbers came up as bright as before. Must've been a loose connection for the bulb or connector, etc. :)
Well my ebay hanger bracket specials lasted a few weeks until they started sagging - not amused, the old Renault ones were better because it didn't bang the rear beam previously!
