I got 41mpg sitting a steady 70-80mph, albeit over a 200 mile journey opposed to a 40 mile journey, but it still seems low to me.

I thought the pretensioner was there to pull you into the seat on impact, didn't think it was anything to do with firing the airbags?

As above, sounds like the centre bore is too small. Soon get them bored out to 60.1 at an engineering place to fit though.

Really easy DIY to fit them, just watch you don't pop the driveshaft out and lose the oil, and job's a good un! Eibach Sportlines for sure!

I personally don't rate them at all.

A hammer knocks the old bushes out no problem, and a vice presses them in, just make sure they're square. As has already been said, tack weld the outer sleeves to the wishbone also. It isn't much hassle, but I totally think it's worth it :approve:

Yeah, mine are welded in too, says to do so in the instructions.
