Thank you :)
This is one of the worse ones from that particular shoot to be honest, I just needed to upload something to keep my stream alive and this one popped out at me lol.

Spent a couple of hours today giving the RB a quick going over, only had it a week and love it already. The only colour I wanted, so very pleased when this one came up for sale. The previous owner has been meticulous with this car, and it shows.

Thanks! It's in desperate need of a clean, that was a quick snap on the way home from picking it up and it's a bit dirty lol. It's in fantastic condition, the previous owner looked after it really well, it's perfect :)
Thanks, i've got a splitter ready to go on :)
Thanks Tom :)
After being away for a couple of year after selling my 172, and after owning a couple of quick Imprezas and a Leon Cupra, i'm back again with an RB182, and couldn't be happier. I forgot how awesome the Clio Sports were! Anyhow, just thought i'd say hi again!
The old 172...
The new RB182...
Must be nice having the two best colours on the driveway at the moment....;)
Great choice....who cares if it's "the same car in a different colour"....it's a FF LY 182!
Makes a change to see something other than a turbo rep being made from a Sport....
Keep up the work, and if it turns out half as good as the Clio, it's full of win for me.
Total myth....I love how these sort of rumours get about....like any car, look after them and they're fine.
I did blow the head gaskets on my old one...that'll teach me for running 1.5bar boost on standard fibre gaskets ;)
Sorry to disappoint, but nope...they're not French after all ;)
They have a well deserved reputation I know, but it only happens if you don't look after them properly. Ive had plenty, and rally them too, so know them, and how to treat them ;)
Yeah man, Subaru livery is the way forward man, innit ;)
I tried spoilerless on my old one, and as much as I loved the look, it just didn't handle as nice in the higher speed corners, the back felt very light....although it did increase fuel economy, much less drag lol!!
To try and answer a few questions....
Tunst - I may pop down to Straightliners if Cumbrian Scoobs are there again, won't be running it though....
Ummm...front "plate" won't be legal no, it's just standard font size stickers stuck to the bodywork....
MPG wise, im seeing roughly 100 miles to...
Yeah it's pretty rapid mate lol...
Engine spec is...off the top of my head...
Simtek ECU running 2 switchable maps (mapped by Steve Simpson of TEGsport), low boost for pump fuel (VPower), and high boost to run a 10% methanol to 90% VPower mix
2.1 stroker kit
Forged pistons
Steel rods...
There shall be videos at some point, it's an absolute animal to drive on the high boost map when giving it some, but yet quite docile around town still.
Nah, I had Compomotives on my old Scooby, so don't want to go down that route again. Plus, those on this one are lightweight jobbies. The torque is 380lb/ft.
Cheers guys...
fUbAr - Yeah, the engine bay will be getting tidied up this weekend, it's a total mess, the earthing kit can be routed out of sight for a start....gives me at least something to do to it lol!!
Well, the Clio went on Sunday, and in it's place came this....
A 426.4bhp Scooby Impreza Type R.....MASSIVE spec, of which i'll go through and list later...but yeah, some piccies...well, loadsa pics...
It's an absolute animal to drive lol...
That's amazing! I know how quick my old Scooby was running 307bhp, so God knows what that kind of power is like in a Clio, it must be insane!!! Fair play on spending whatever you have on it though, yeah you could go out and spend it on something "better, faster, whatever" out of the box, but...
