Have a look in your warranty book. As far as I've understood it, you can get it serviced/worked on anywhere aslong as its a VAT registered garage and use genuine parts.
20n/m is the correct torque, don't forget your doing 20n/m followed by the 105 degrees or whatever it is, its not just 20n/m - can't remember the exact figures but its about 90-105 degrees. We're talking about a 10 year old 8 valve petrol engine aswell lol doesn't need to be overkill.

Check the rubber pads that actually touch the window and hold it onto the regulator hasn't fallen out aswell.
