Injector would do that, no faults as its basically just an earth and 12v feed. They're cheap but the annoying this is they never put a light on/code on the computer so its a tad harder to diagnose.
Er to be fair the 1.2s ECUs fill up with water causing corrosion eventually and it slowly eats away at the wiring loom. If it is that it'll usually come up with the Pedal Potentiometer Track 1/2 fault. If you've tried plugs, leads, a coil pack I'd put money on it being either the computer full...
Get a new pair of tailgate struts or just replace the knackered one, be warned though its quite suprising how heavy it is when you remove them - swap one at a time.
Easy fix - half hour job. Sealant + 10mm ratchet spanner + T20 if its an electric sunroof.
Take the glass out, take the rubber seal of inside the car around the sunroof, lower the headlining, undo all the 10mms, pull of the drain tubes 1 each end then take the outer frame out, seal it up.

As I said in that post, they stopped doing Dynamique+'s on the 02 plate.
The +'s had the auto lights/wipers. Normal early 02 plate Dynamiques didn't have them, then they got rid of the +'s and gave all Dynamiques auto lights/wipers.
The Twingo uses the MK2 chassis. Whether the Sport is based on a MK2 one I don't know but the GT/Dynamique is.

Sounds like clutch release bearing to me. I've done a few 1.5s that came in for metallic chatter its usually play the EGR valve rod although with a good clean it usually quitens down.
