Need to be in the trade as far as I can tell. Not worth the hassle of signing up - the best thing you can do is phone your dealer and get a price, ask for trade discount.
If you wanted, Renault sell a plate to blank it off. Think its about £10 print it off and take the picture into the parts department.

I bought the smallest 3/8 extension I could buy - Workshop people will know the Snap-On one I mean, dead short. Hit it with the bench grinder, Took 2/3mm off it fits a treat.
Yeah Dan if you buy a tensioner spring you should get a small metal plate in it with a cut out in each end, put it in...
Neither the PK6, TL4 or ND0 will fit.
For a 1.6 a JB3 would do the job. The next jump from a JB3 is the JC5 which Sports/DCI 80s have - no need in a 1.6 or a 1.4.
Why would they? Thats not a front end shunt from what they've described. Whats the use them going off if they're rolling sideways?
As from the other thread is that the amount of mud that was on the road from the farmer?
They are 10mm mate and you'll need a deep 3/8" socket on an extension. Put some penetrating oil around where they join the head as they can seize if they've been in for ages.
Paahahah, using Genuine parts your 'Skilled Techy' will be making about £5 profit.
Changing tensioners? Idlers? Water Pump + Coolant if needed? are they even using the locking tools?
On axle stands me and another lad (12 years at Rover)
214 Clutch from jacking up to letting the jack out -...
JB3? Used in virtually all Renault Petrols (except 2.0, V6 etc) since they started using it. Clios, virtually all the first shape Meganes/Scenics. It'll fit loads.
Never went in the Laguna 2 and just recently they've started using a 6 speed in even the 1.6 Scenics.
Put a block of wood on the battery about an inch thick. Pry on the bit of wood the end nearest the engine and it'll lift of with a bit of wiggling. Pain in the arse sometimes, some fall off, others you'll fight with for ages.
Don't hang off it else you'll crack the sump. Wind it up so it touches then just give it a couple of tweaks. You should get a feel for it when its about right.
Very technical lol
Yeah Ministry of Transport/VOSA released new guidelines a few weeks back (search for Mike @ Rentechs thread) basically clamping down on all the logos/different fonts/colours/sizes etc.
It doesn't matter if you have airbags in the seats or not its the wiring for the seatbelt pretensioners. Wiggle the connectors under either of the front seats and it'll go out. If it keeps coming back cut and solder them/put a better connector in whatevers best.
PMSL you don't even know what your talking about. Just because its 16v doesn't automatically make a car twin cam. Your 1.2 16v is SOHC.
95% of sub 2.0/2.5 Litre Diesels are 8 valve anyway so what difference does that make? Did you see somewhere it said 1.5s where 8 valve and automatically...
Fold down the back seats
Clamber over the back seats into the boot with a small screwy
Where the latch is, you'll see a small white tag in the middle
Using the screwdriver flick it up whilst gently pushing the boot open
Get out
Take the T20 out of the boot trim, pull the trim off
Now you'll see...
Yeah it does mate, as Beef says. I remember my old car, nothing the night before then one morning down the road RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE quite loud.
Depending where you buy them you can press new bearings into the discs. Renault probably will try to sell you rear discs.
Whoevers going on about sound, you can't beat a bit of 3.0 DCI Espace turbo whistle with 6 passengers, luggage and a roofrack full up pulling past petrols with a small portion of black diesel smoke just to piss them off a little more...;) *stir stir*
P.s.
This thread needs to die. Quickly.
