    Still good after 150k? Mental! Original valves too? Had assumed all the guides in my other head would need replacing after the valves got dinked, but would be interesting to see if any have survived intact. Not holding my breath... :p Will have to have a nosey over the weekend :)

    Wouldn't make a difference would it morgan? My bilstein top mounts are the same size bearing as the AST. I even got in a set of the pure bushes that they use for std damper fitment and they're the same o/d aswell. From memory the rod dia on the AST were a little smaller than an oem damper...
