would get multimeter on the power and see what both are pulling, pop it into a halfords n plug it into test rig and see if it does the same. if its only couple of months old you'll still have warranty
Cheap - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Renault-Clio-172-182-Xenon-Headlight-Ballast-Module-HID-2004-FAST-Delivery-/350860708015?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51b0ed88af
I paid £50 for mine, think renault are something like £120iirc (could be wrong)
once refitted, silicon seal around...
Ive got decat and seen the readings, would be surprised if a cheap cat would bring mine down, luckily for me I have built up a good relationship with garage and last 2 mot's have been passed ;).
If I were you I would travel and take an offer from members on here, rather than spend cash on a...
Philips manufacture their own stalk controls - was looking for a customer before. Connects2/Armour (autoleads) do not have compatibility for these though

personally if it was mine i would remove hazard switch panel like the blue one, as it would be too low by sliding the climate controls down, like the 2nd one. would the ph1 dash...
Can't imagine the cd changer power cable being heavy enough for an amp, wiring kits can be picked up for £20-30, and takes under an hour to run all cables.
You'll b be behind the HU anyway for RCA's so just tap ignition for remote feed and run alongside RCA.
need an extension to go with that http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_221981_langId_-1_categoryId_265877
thinking aloud here, as I can't quite remember how much space there is behind the dash in these, but could you not just change to aftermarket radio but retain the factory radio behind the dash? therefore you can get best of both - minus the audio from sat nav.
I do remember trying to change...
go for the connects2 leads as theyre plug and play, autoleads involves more stripping out to get behind clock. post up details of existing factory HU (ie tunerlist/updatelist). you can pick leads up on ebay, or pm MTAudio - good to help out traders on forum esp when they help others
this if factory radio is VDO TunerList with dash display - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RENAULT-Megane-Scenic-Steering-Stalk-Control-Adaptor-CTSRN003-for-Pioneer-Stereo-/350516977915

if its connects2 stalk adapter and hu only has one wire, your will need a CTKENWOODLEAD2, the one you have in pic is CTKENWOODLEAD, which works for different kenwoods with that connection on them.
Don't know how you could break a windscreen as its adhesive, unless he tried applying it with a hammer :p. If your gna keep the unit for 2years+, dab is the way to go, although the switchover has been delayed the minimal cost difference between dab/non dab makes it a no brainer. That said if its...

Theyre made out of plastic, and due to the screen considerably heavier than standard visor. But the complete units have different mounting rods (porbs wrong name for them), but means that cables are fed through the rods into roof liner so no mess - they also 'click' into place when up to prevent...
most likely a leak, 1*2's are getting old now, regassing mine only lasts a couple of months (but i get it free), luckily a/c ain't essential in UK so no biggie, if its been well looked after I don't see why it wouldn't work well, but if a/c has not been used frequently chances are some o-rings...
I had some in a punto when I was younger - pre-recession so i was all yolo, much better buying the complete sunvisors rather than trying to mount screens in existing - if you decide to go down this route imo
