If iPod connection part no is CTARNIPOD.003, if aux (3.5mm jack) then you need CT29RN02, note that aux will not allow you to change track through steering control as it's only audio
I totally never read your post properly, my bad, I presumed you were changing stereo and that's why you got a pc99 adapter, as Don said, you will need to get an iPod adapter from connects2, this works though factory radio and will adopt steering wheel controls automatically as the adapter is...
PC99-x12 is an autoleads part- to fit these you need to take top of dash off to connect behind clock, if you pm Matt (MTAudio) he can sort you out with a connects2 adapter that's plug n play behind stereo, you'll also need a patch lead - subject to which brand of stereo you have
Made for top up, remember when I worked there I go training for it, if I've still got pressure in system it should work, but if empty then chance air con is goosed. Tbf most garages do leak test/ refill for around £50- better that then waste money on the can
Iirc the pioneer x8500 should tick all boxes apart from the display- where it will only read Renault and clock/temp. Comes with b/t, dab also, connects2 adapter would sort out steering controls. And you can choose any of something like 2.5k colours for key colour and surround colour so could...

£35 total, depends if you find it worth it :p, sticky pads would be much cheaper though
I used to fit mki9100/9200 & ck3000, but have came across ck3100's a couple of times. When new these are prefitted with sticky pads, when refitting these or when not fitted properly I used 1mm foam self adhesive pads. But.... Regardless of what you use if you don't clean all polish/ dash shine...
My 2 cents- most motorised units I have fitted use small screws to hold stereo in cage rather than lugs at the side. So you may need a small (precision) screwdriver to remove cage from unit- will be behind rectangular plastic trim on front
I presume you have attached to to the red before the bullet connector as the red going into stereo should be ignition feed, which if you stereo goes on/off fine would mean that the yellow (before bullet connector) would be ignition. So switch the remote to the yellow, or it looks like there is a...
My understanding is that hids should last at least 5-10yr (factory kit), could be wrong
Best bet is to remove head lamp and fit the bulbs as will be easier to cut the covers neatly, and will be easier to position bulbs- you do realise you existing bulb holders prob won't take a hid bulb right...
Also my bets are on ballast/ignitor, generally xenons will discolour and fail over time (go blue/greeny) as there is no filament to 'blow' unless there's a crack in bulb
Halfords sell a crimp on connector, will have to strip core back to get decent signal, search radio ISO connector- alternatively u can crimp on a bayonette. Soldering wld be better tho
There was a recall on ph2 latches - covered loads 'search'. Local dealers should replace but if like mine they said its not on the list and they would no show me the list and they won't replace for free,
I'd be putting money aside for dephaser on next cam belt change if there's no receipts for one being done. I see loads if 1*2s going up for sale around 70-80k, might be coincidence with dephaser/might not, I never researched when buying one and had to fork out within 6months of ownership.
I've got a 182 with miltek and decat also- I usually average around 30mpg- £45ish a week for me, sometimes that will last close to 2 dependn how I drive
But just had a blip on the way home with a golf r32- never looked at fuel needle as it wlda been guzzling ;) held him off for a good bit tho...
