On my hunt for a light bulb i spotted a 172 cup in Tesco, private plate, PJP i think the last 3 letters were.
Also a blue 182 in Sainsburys with some red alloys. 54 plate and i loved the white badges on the back. very nice.
yea thats the actual plate, the details of the garage i got it from. been meaning to order some new plates from fancyplates since i got it. think im gonna crack on with that very soon, 3/4 plate for the front i think.
not atm cos im skint and its nearly at 72k so I want to take it to a specialist for a good service, which is gonna set me back a bit. First thing after that is gonna be a new backbox i think, i prefer the look of an exhaust cut into the bumper instead of the stealth look.
did you see any gains from it cos im considering having it done as it seems quite cheap and i would like to find out what sort of bhp my 172 is actually putting out.
Cheers
direct line for me. im 21 with 4 years no claims and mine is £990 with full breakdown cover (about £100 cheaper without, and cheaper again if i didnt pay monthly).
window reg went twice on my ibiza, it was a right pain trying to find new ones. i assume the 172 ph2 uses the same ones as other clios so they should be ten a penny...ish.
I think the window has just slipped off the track or something cos its not going up, only goes down very slowly and i have to pull it up. is it easy to get the panel off to put it back on right? I did it a few times on my old ibiza so i assume its pretty similar and hopefully just as quick...
I would be going very slow but would get my passenger to time it just out of curiosity more than anything else. certainly wouldn't be risking my car/life just to shave a few seconds off my time. I wrote of my first car and apparently was lucky to walk away alive never mind completely uninjured...
