If you don't have jailbroken/cydia apps.. its as easy as plugging your phone into your PC and letting iTunes sync to it.. Once you JB, run iTunes and resync.. Done.. Although I am wondering if anyone knows of an app that can back my Cydia apps/themes onto my PC? If at all poss! Cheers

Yeah mate the fuel rail guard will be getting done asap, just had a pig of a time painting it! I have 2 fuel rails haha, one clean and one looking like it's been dropped in a tin of red paint, looks dreadful!! Best pull my finger out with that..
