Would this cause a slight missfire on tickover lads? I've just changed the plugs because of the missfire and mine were SWIMMING in oil, thought it may have been a previous owner pouring oil over the edge by accident. Still have that miss, any ideas? (sorry for the thread hijack if its unrelated)

Hi, I've recently bought my CS 172, I had to get a few things for it, including a spare wheel. However, above the spare wheel and kit is there supposed to be some kind of board to stop the carpet dipping when you put stuff in the boot? Cheers Alex

lol! - thats true it is french. I'll have to check out that guide and see if I can repair it - cheaper than going to buy a new one, can't complain it is 6 years old now.

I insured mine last night with Churchill - 21 with 3 years NCB and I paid around £700? Didn't think it was that bad as my Fiesta ST was around 800 notes.

Nah its constant mate as soon as you turn the ignition on. Just did a search and I'm quite glad a new one is only £25+VAT. Would a new one stop the buzzing or have I got to do a botch job with some sound deadening or something?
