Same sort of thing I found. Could try a second hand housing from a scrappy first if you think its the mountings. Generally, I THINK, its the fan causing the unit to vibrate in its mountings, because the fan is on its way out.

Yeh I just replaced it with a new one from Renault - around £25 IIRC

Not going to hurt to change them. From what I've read here, there is no point in putting raving spark plugs in them, a standard set of NGK's or I think they do NGK platinum/triple spark which have been known to improve fuel efficiency - not performace.

www.craigsplates.com does legal pressed plates, and you can get the EU logo on them which is legal as well. I bought a set of surrounds from one their other sites - just got to get the plates and drill holes into the surrounds :D

haha - I fitted it myself! I can't think of anything - doesn't do it if I answer the phone, only when I play a song on my iPod, I can plug it in and charge it, but as soon as I play a track, speedo dies lol.

Hmm not sure really - I think it can be bolted back into place but some of the plastic pieces behind are snapped and the grill is snapped and the lugs under the wings are snapped. Wings need painting as well :/

Well its just not funny, its caused quite a bit of damage, the bumper itself is fucked and they've just left it with no possible gain for themselves.

After all this discussion.... My front bumper was torn off last night in a attempt to steal it. Oh and they tried the back bumper. Nothing else has been touched on the car - other than a air pipe pulled off the induction pipe at the back of the throttle body? Really f***s me off this does...
