If you could borrow an obd reader it may give you a clue as to what's going on. When I had to clear the faults on mine my immobiliser light was staying on too. Apparently it stays on when there is a problem with the ecu initialisation as well as an immobiliser problem.
Where's the best and cheapest place to get new tyres fitted? I want to order them from camskill but will need them fitted...
Or anyone work in a garage want to do them in their lunch break for beer money? I'm near Stowmarket :)
Been roughly 3 years since my last airfield meet! Better make the effort as it's so local! I'll be there in the 182!

Has anyone heard about Renaults fixed price servicing yet??
I heard today, and its good news for us Cliosport owners!!
Renault have fixed the price of all work across their entire car range. This means work on all cars costs the same. So for example, to have 4 spark plugs replaced on any...
I waited until I was 21, much on the basis of advice on here! Stayed with the 1.2 Got to 21, 4 years ncb's, and bought my 182... love it to bits, and now don't regret waiting at all!! ( I did have a 1.9dci megane for a while, although the leather was luxury im too much of a petrol head to have...
Followed you out of Portsmouth in the 182 on Friday night. Quite liked the orange theme :) And I noticed you nearly got wiped out going off the sliproad ;)
PFR6E-10 ?
Looking at the price I might take them out and have a ganders at them first.. There is a faint possibility they were changed. I have service stamps but not invoices.... grrr... And the belts have been done...
:)
At what mileage do you guys recommend changing the plugs on a 182?
I know Renaults service durations are normally a bit long and I think they are 72k for plugs?
Mines on 66 now, and I don't think it's ever had plugs done?
Thanks.
Almost the same... Got mine in June...
182, Titanium silver.... Service History... Belts Done.... 60k miles.... 54 plate... nigh on immaculate... Hpi clear but only 1 months MOT £2500
Love it, and find it hard to stay out of it.... Now if only petrol where cheaper :D
Has anyone tried/got pictures off of this splitter on eBay?

Considering buying one, but it looks too cheap to be good :D
Thanks.
Re: 92 Exhaust Cat to middle section leaking.
Essentially done that twice! Trying to find a decent silicone sealant now, can you recommend one? And i'll try that tonight :)
On a second note. How tight should the manifold to cat joint bolts be? I assume the springs shouldn't be fully compressed?
Re: 92 Exhaust Cat to middle section leaking.
He he Thanks Fred. Does it sound like I have excess movement on this joint? The cat tends to sag down as well. I have to get it to clamp up tight to stay up. Is this a good thing?
Thanks :)
Hi guys.
I bought an RS192 exhaust system for the 182 because the original exhaust was shot!
I am struggling to get a good seal between the cat and the middle silencer. It whistles quite loudly under acceleration.
I have re-made the joint now 3 times, and I have bought the stronger clamp for...
