s**t, work for a tyre wholesale firm and these are the 2nd bottom brand we sell. Have heard so many sories of them not stopping in the rain and we get loads returned because they dont fit.
Please for Gods sake spen the extra money and go for some Branded tyres like dunlop or goodyear eagle...
Am hoisting the engine from the bay soon and have been told i will need to knock out the driveshaft roll pins to acheive this.
Will i need to replace these with new items when i refit the engine? or will i get away with reffiting the old ones for a week or so?

How do you know mine isnt gone? didny think it had as i have had no problems with slipping etc. What do you think the problem is?

RAC man recons its the clutch, speedo doesnt go up so i think circlip is out, am just going for a look under her now.

Thats what i was thinking lol.
Was also thinking that if it will bite at 200hp then it will bite better at at 130-140hp

Have seen these around the warehouse at work, not only are the nice tyres at a good price they look so aggressive aswell, will be treating my car to these when my oldies need replacing (plus i only pay 16 quid a tryre for them lol.)

Just looking at what to go for, is it worth getting an up rated one? (car is standard so presume not) and how much is the renault oe one? (cant find one in the GSF listings)

Would think so but then what would stop you putting it in reverse at the lights?!
Other than that you wopuld be putting a whole new gear box in, so custom drive shafts, clutch mounts etc.
Cant see why you would want to, think lift reverse is the best way to do it.
