yeah i got it from renault...
the noise doesnt really sound like its a metal hitting against metal sound...(e.g. bushes hitting each other)
it sounds as if something is rotating...and every time it goes around it is hitting the body work/the ground etc...
my car has developed a very annoying knocking noise from the front passenger side... which increases with the speed of the vehicle...
i was told that it was the passenger side driveshaft...which i changed but the noise is still there...
all bearings have been checked...and they seem to be...
the cars are quite fast...but the running costs are very high...
when you add the monthly running costs to the amount of money which you will be paying (insurance)...you will end up being broke...

i have decided to bite-the-bullet...and get the belts changed...lol
i am purchasing the cambelt kit...but i was also wondering if i should change the aux belt tensioners aswell...or just change the belt...?
also should i bother to change the waterpump...?
