2nd straight into back of my old 1.4 clio
3rd reversing into back wheel arch in...

Comments most people are coming with are generally true, on a trip to Stoke from Doncaster area which i do every week down the M1, across the A38 and A50 give me between 38 and 44 mpg and then guning it back over the Staffordshire Moors, Derbyshire Dales and peak district give me about 35mpg (if...
Probs sounds more like definatly.
Im surprised at that quote after my experience with something similar but then again you are at a recognised company getting it repaired whereas i used a back street kind of garage.
Gutted for you pal anyway and hope getting the non fault claim for you goes...
They do 2 different models, vxr-s and vxr-r, r been more powerul and better setup. Believe s is 20k and r is 23k
These are running 250, imagine the ones regal have produced using the astra turbo on the corsa at 300bhp, believe they have 6 setup so far, one in each colour, including the arctic
Looks slightly similar to when some did a hit and run on my old clio on exact same part minus air bags, bonnet (possibly) and steering wheel problem you said above, and i paid just over £1500 to repair as a guide price to you
Ive got 2 choices. As some may know, i have reyes old car which has the liquid yellow renault badges. Now im getting the wheels re-done in anthracite with as similar as possible yellow rim. Now do i:

Just been to Top marques alloy refurb in stoke as looked in a previous post but they dont do a lip which is what im wanting on my alloys, anyone know somewhere else thats good that do do the job?
In my experience in my old clio, they said it could have been about £1000 if its just bodywork or up to £2200 if damage has been caused to the underneath but as they couldnt tell till they removed it i didnt take the risk. Mine was on the same side as the petrol pump etc.
If your so bothered about what insurance is going to cost you on a sport, why you going to modify? insurance will just become as bad and it will have been easier to buy a sport as a lot faster car anyway
Bet youve spent more money in petrol than conversion cost so far lol
Looks wicked though mate and would be nice to see it, What cars you had have a go with you since its been done as looking at the video you more or less are at 100 in 10 seconds
Just been showing my mate about this and its a friends of a friends and only had it a week supposdly, sometimes with these cars you wonder if its worth the trouble for constant repairing

Surprised at the price of this for the supposed mileage and what its probs cost tuning it.
Think it would be worth it or think somethings wrong with it?
And will be funny with some peoples faces thinking its a 1.2 lol
or what ever they are.
There is one main one in the middle then one on each side thats not as solid which fits in/attaches between bumper and wheel arch, I had a respray on the front end and the bloke hasnt fitted them back on right so one flew off today on the drivers side so just wondered am...
i get that mpg on standard 95 ron but i do notice for some reason that when i use any 97-99 ron and then go back to normal unleaded mixed with it, i get better mpg than i do just using any one of them on there own
Weird i know :S
^^^ also its something unique....well for now.
Its not something quicker car owners expect when a clio sport pulls at the side of them and somehow gets away from them when usually they wipe the floor with them
