Thanks, the colour saturation was reduced a bit from the RAW file but that's as far as my photoshop knowledge goes :dapprove:
And in answer to your other questions, on the road at 4.40 am to get to Wrynose in time for sunrise and Nikon D200/D300.
Yeah, got me into trouble though... I got stuck on the grass in the 4th pic, it was a bit more icy than I realised, I had to jack the car up and build my own road underneath the tyres to get off :o
I decided I needed an early morning trip in the car so headed to Cumbria... a few pics of the journey. Will post some car ones in Clio media later.

Stick 'em on the flash to give coloured lighting. Usefull if you've got two flashguns as you can use one with a gel on to colour the background.
Can also use them to alter the colour temp of normal flash light.
Please could anyone with a TomTom tell me whether forest tracks are shown on the maps and also whether you can input locations as OS grid references? Also, can you plot routes as a series of grid references or are you only allowed one destination?

I'm not sure how looking at other people's photographs will help the decision - just because one person's photos are better than someone elses doesn't mean that the camera they are using is better. How good the photo is is more likely to be down to the ability of the photographer!
That's because there is no definite answer. They are both good cameras, go to a shop and try them both out. Nikon gear felt better built to me when I first got a DSLR hence I chose the Nikon over the equivalent Canon.
