Halfords sell oz wheels, but any wheel supplier should be able to get you the kit you need.
Be aware that the oz kit will come with bolts too, so will be more expensive.

These would be good for a trackday.
You should get more than five days from a set of front discs, my last set did seven or eight before going to someone elses car where they have done another four I think, as far as I know they are still fine.
One set of pads did all the above, but they are ready to change now.

you'll be fine with the 43's. I've run proper rally tyres without any problems.
If you need to find a home for one of those 888's my front left isn't looking too happy. ;)
i prefer the 205's to be honest. I find the car less snappy and more neutral, but that's most likely more to do with the extra flex.
As a side note i was running a set of et37 wheels for a bit and even 195 50's rubbed on the rear.
Lower is definately not always better.
