I'm sure this should be glued right onto windscreen so what runs down plastic towards scuttle plate area but mines coming off. What should I get/use to re-attach it? Anyone had this happen?

Mine shakes like that on country roads. Thought it was just how the suspension is. Stiff makes it give you that fight back. Heard lot of cars suffer from it. On smooth roads it's fine. Tracks fine. Potholed lanes not.
