After using all these useless 'Bug Remover' sprays, I tried that stuff last week on the flies and it shifted them surprisingly easyly without marking the paint or anything. :)
Definitely - the car is a beauty though! ;)
Were the wheels done at Pristine - or did MattH do them himself? My Williams wheels need doing, but people I have spoke to before aren't keen on doing them. Plus I have my own doubts whether the colour can be matched close enough...
We have BT at work and even though we are <1km from the exchange we still get outages on our business service. On top of that, the customer service at BT is appalling. My brother had BT home hub installed and said it was constantly shite. He also had major difficulties with BT CS acknowledging...
Neither. N95 is just too big and is a Nokia. iPhone is very nice, but lacks 3G, MMS and is a bit naff for texting on.
If this was 6 months ago, then I would have said LG Viewty over either of them, but as others have said, the 3G iPhone will be out soon, so that should right the wrongs of...
Hmm... interesting. My 172's paint is full of swirl marks (the bonnet is terrible) - been like that since I got it. Would be nice to get it looking mint for the summer. I have a few things that I need to get sorted first, but will look him up eventually. As you guessed, Spondon is only down the...
Heh - yeah - I think you are right. Reckon they must have thought the rears were for the fronts - ie: too short and not known where the rears go. I didn't know to be honest! Will take it back are explain to them. They are a decent garage, but not Renault specialists.
Thanks for the reply - and...
I think it's the opposite way round... unless you need to move from place to place, then I don't see the point in a laptop. After a few hours you are just going to have to plug it in anyway! :p
heh. That solid yellow that Ford did the he Puma was a bit lame. The metallic yellow Renault do on the 182 / R26 / R27 is one of the best colours ever painted onto a car IMO. (although I could never have one!)
I just think that after the Williams and the Raider, Renault could have continued...
Hey people - not sure if this is the right place to post, but need a bit of advice getting some replacement brake hoses fitted.
Bought a set of Goodrich braided brake hoses for my 172 ages ago but when trying to get them fitted at a garage, the mechanic said that they don't fit and that he'd...
I have a Power Mac G3 and a Power Mac G5. Also have a Bondi Blue iMac in the loft that doesn't get used any more - although it still does work!
I have used macs for work since my first job I started in 1995. Had a PC back then but soon saw the light after using macs for work. Bought the...
Mac - by miles.
Even if you are just using a computer for browsing, e-mail, photos, music, etc., a mac is far nicer to use and navigate around. Mac OS is light-years ahead of Windows as Macs are a lot easier to 'housekeep' and they aren't effected by viruses either.
Yes, a mac may cost more to...
Excellent work very clean and tidy. :)
Not keen on the colour (Pearl white or Raider Blue would be my choice) or the wheels or the seats - but that's just personal preference.
haha! :)
I thought bikers were allowed to filter in stationery or queueing traffic? I always more over to give them a bit more room to get by - usually get a wave on the way past. :)
If you can get under the car, then just check for any leaks, etc. around the brakes after taking the wheels off.
As edde said, it could just be air in the system and needs a bleed.
I'm sure it's in the handbook.. think it's 1 litre... I'll just check! ;)
OK - it's not in either handbook. It's deffo 1 litre for the 172, but not sure about the Williams (Even though I have replaced it myself years ago!)
