Mates having a look at a ph 2 172 flamer and the interior fans for the climate control don't work. The digital display and everything works but the fans don't turn on. Any ideas ? expensive/hard fix ?

On idle say at traffic lights with the handbrake on my parcel shelf vibrates up and down making a really annoying noise, it is accentuated when the car struggles for revs. Does anyone else have this problem and is there an easy fix ? it's driving me mad ! :(
