Well ive got 17s on my mk2 172 lowered 40mm allround ET40. At first the shop give me ET35 put them on and they were just catching on the arches even with just 2 people in so thats when i got the ET40 then got the arches rolled and theres no more catching. Im not sure if there would ov bin any...

Paddy its bin lowered 40mm all round on APEX springs id say it looks just right on the 17s but in the winter the standard 16s go back on and it looks really low whats urs bin lowered ?

You cannot get bump strips and door handles ready colour coded for the new Clios, when we order them at Renault they come from France already primed up ready for the top coat. Also Clio priveledges only come in five door versions not two door.

Its somthink u cannot fix all 172s do it when the car wheel spins. Just try not to floor it to much in 1st, Mine does it all the time in the wet if i floor it
Rhys172 is right, its called AXLE TRAMP all the 172s suffer from it mostly in the wet, its because the car cannot get no traction its got nothing 2 do with the engine mounts. test drive around 200 172s aweek for renault import centre and it happens to all of them.
