Super resin polish isnt very abrasive and its main use is to only fills swirls in. More than likely you will have a lot defects remaining that would only disappear with a proper machine polish.

G3 is a chemical weapon in my eyes. Recommends 3 coats on the front screen. I polished with g4 first, ipa, g3 and ipa again as the resudie is quite tough and horrible for the first coat. Couldnt be bothered so i only settled for a single coat. 5 months on, 3000k later and is still like day one...

You can do but you might still feel the laquer run or see it when you have done another coat. Just sand the bit that you can feel with a very fine grit 2500 or 3000 grit and then spray over it again with laquer

Re: What have you ordered? All depends what clay bar your using and i use it diluted which hasnt the same effect ;). If you only use a clay bar once as i do then you will prob not even see the effects. I know a lot of people who use shampoo which is reknown for recking them!!

Re: What have you ordered? Why cant you use synthetic detailrs to clay? Synthetic has the highest lubricity out of all detailers. Plus it can be diluted and still be used as a clay lube. As a bit of a tip, when youve finished claying a panel, dont wipe over the area with a mf that is bone dry...

Obviously depends on paint condition but id use one for a single stage sitting for hollograms and light marks, or used on soft paints as polishing combo's can be very effective without removing to much paint/laquer. Using one on harder vag paints will only be able to settle for fine-medium...

What do you usually charge for single stage machine work mate? I think your using a DA with menzerna stuff?

There can be subtle differences between clays that will perform differently on certain finishes.
