I have always had a 500ml in my boot of this. Such under rated product for its various uses. Very good for bird schize when you havent got any hot water to hand. Removes tar but hazes as you try to remove it. You can see protection but doesnt sheet very well and for very long. On the very good...
Nice one Kev. I mite phone Tim at cyc tomoz and see if he has used it yet which im guessing he might have. Other than that, i round huddersfield tomorrow so i mite call in and have a nosy, lol
Who said it wasnt? It would do me all day long if it wasnt for my wrist as i think personally that it is a good machine. I used the orange silverline previously for 4 years till it died and that was a heavier lump but still was a good machine and value for money.
I will be selling soon mate yes, but i cant put a thread on here as it will get deleted and im not a member yet. Ive had it for 6 months and its had about 25 hrs usage. Great machine, slightly lighter than a silverline but is a little on the heavy side for the long sessions so could do with a...
All depends on the level of cut you require Dave. A green hex pad is not the most effective of the range. Also depends what polish you was using with that pad and how many passes you have done?. Sometimes you may need to do 4-5 passes with a DA on tough paints to start getting results your...
For some reason, my other thread got deleted without telling me why so ill put it up again!! Thanks admin!!!
Ive had the sim 180 for around 6 months now and its getting a little on the heavy side for these long sessions. Been looking at the new compact rotary on cyc's site and it looks good...
Ive had a few samples spread out on my 200 and matt black doesnt fit albi anywhere imo. Gloss black looks like it fits as i know its an option you can get too. The 3m Di-noc looked superb also. Personally id go for roof only mate unless you got an actual carbon bonnet.
Lmfao!!!!! I wonder if he did use the toothbrush......... That bed head wax was quality. I bet there are pleanty around that are not far from this tbh!!!
^^ Using Apc is also fine but my worry is that plastic trim always has paint surrounding it. I prefer to get away with the apc route so i dont strip my waxes or sealants off.
Personally i use a microfibre mate as the pile will get into the grain. You can use a normal cloth as long as its clean and dont rub to hard, just work the vinegar in.
Always used a school rubber me. If the plastic is grained and the rubber wont remove the deeper residue, get vinegar, petrol or neat IPA out. All these work. Try to avoid heavy rubbing as you will end up fading the trim.
In all seriousness mate, i think they have both had a fight with your car!!!! What do you mean by damaged? scratches where the window has fell on it? Pics to see would be a bonus.
Only things i have ever used is the rim wax which is not very good so i donated it to my dad and the air fresheners were quite good (davidoff ripp off smelt quite nice) A mate of mine who is a valeter swears by all the smart range and i have seen most in action and its just another brand that is...
I think you've just been putting to much pressure on the area Chris, or rubbing too hard when taking the residue off. If you want to get rid of hazing permanently then i suggest you get a decent polish with a low-medium cut. You used a proper hand pad for the job? Lew
6000k are the most common as they are the right colour temp. anything with a higher k output will see it going to blue/purple. You can get kits now with a strip that covers half of the bulb to prevent blindage of other road users and are suited to reflector lights.
Yeah done quite a few mk6 zetec s's side strips when i had mine. Then when i got a fiesta st500, i was spraying the whole front and rear valances for members, lol. Halfords might already have your paint on the shelf already canned up mate. Most ive used have been a very good match apart from a...
If you do any part by rattle can, there will be no orange peel in the paint whatso ever. On black cars you will notice more that it will be shinier than the rest.
Yeah dont use your aerosol outside unless there is no wind what so ever. Cover as much of the car up as you can to prevent overspray. Without seeing the damage, usually you sand around the defect aswell as the damage (not by much) to get better blending results and for it to key properly. Mask...
Still stuck on the fk1000 topped with autobahn. Nothing has ever touched the combo in terms of jetting off clean and the durability is still very good. Im yet to try C5 which i know for a fact will outlast the combo im using now but i think the smell of autobahn makes me use it more often and...
