Until its made offical its hard to say, the RS fiesta is still a concept. Does any one know the kerb weight of the Fiesta ST150? Based on my experience saturday with a 182, id say the Fiesta will come out on top. (by far)
Avo or Koni i would say, have a look here - " http://www.motorsportworld.co.uk/frame-detail.asp?PAGE=/car-performance-parts.htmhttp://www.motorsportworld.co.uk/frame-detail.asp?PAGE=/car-performance-parts.htm im sure you will get mixed views on which is best etc... Tho no matter who you pick...
f**king arse holes! :@
i feel for ya man, i had a bird scuff my bumper over Xmas time, even saw her do it and she still denied it even with my paint on her car!! :@ Makes me mad even thinking about it now and that was months ago now!
In your case i would have been drooling at the mouth with...
Depends really - id sooner have the rattles then the extra weight it adds. That brown bread stuff weighs a tonne, not sure how the dynamat weighs in comparison?
Didnt mean to say S/S - meant "Steel" and if it isnt stronger then the williams crank then BBPT must be talking out of there arse - personal i know who i would believe.
lol
well if dont go for um - maybe think about "DLS" i havent heard anyone say a bad thing about them, and are meant to be really good value for money, good build quality too. I was thinking about getting a set of these before the polks came up...
Hmm - £230, i know what your saying thats still alot of money for a pair of speakers but if you were to hear them fella you would soon change your mind. Im sure youd get um for £200 if try twisting his arm alittle... Your welcome to come listen to mine if you want an idea to what they sound...
:o - they have gone up since the last time i visit - TBH Tom that dont mean nothing, ring and speak to Paul - tell him that he sold a set of MM455 for £180 a months back, can he offer you the same deal?
Gotta be worth asking.
Tom - drop a mail to 001 mobile, i bought a set of brand new MOMO POLK comps for £180, the build quality / sounds speak for themselves. Suggested RRP was over £400 else where - they have all kinds of deals going.
You dont want a williams if your thinking about turboing it - you want a valver. (for many reasons) one being that the crank is alot stronger (s/s in fact) allowing you to rev harder / longer.
Tho TBH - why not just buy a car thats already turbod like an R5,RST,scooby - will be alot cheaper in...
Right - this is a really embarassing question - but ive got to ask it cus i get really confused when i read threads about coilovers etc..
Can anyone tell me what the differences are between OEM suspension struts (what come as standard) to coilovers? Until now i thought it was just a fancy word...
Ive read posts before where people have passed there MOT with decats (92s and above) so its prob worth a try. Its not as if its a major job if it fails anyway.
Give it a go.
Ive seen these - dont they scratch your paint work tho? i know there only plastic but i dont like the idea of squeeging my valver with a rubbing lip like that.
Are they safe?
cheers guys,
P.S
Is it normal for the chamois to smell like a wet fish when drying? The GF just asked me if id been washing the chamois with fresh squid & prawns  Why does it smell so bad? Surely this has something to do with the dye?
This is the one i got http://www.halfords.com/opd_product_details.asp?id=16562&type=0&cat=58http://www.halfords.com/opd_product_details.asp?id=16562&type=0&cat=58
Treated the valver to a few car cleaning products from halfords yesterday, one of the items being a new "Chamois" (@ 9.99 may i add!)
However ive never used one before to dry the car before - i use a damp towel normally. When drying the car with it today i couldnt help but notice the car body...
