LOL Rhys - I had my FRST over 140+mph (indicated) on a flat private bit of road - spent the next 2 weeks nervously checking the post - just in case! Havent had the Willie much over 100 - Had it at 110 yesterday but was going downhill - I will try it out and see how it goes on the flat.

Hmm nice & very very close - my Willie is v quick mid range then looses it a bit around 90. Tried messing about with some starts a while back and you really need to treat your clutch like you hate it to get the Willie going.

lol the 106 is a corker but dont make such statements: "the 106 can get round a track quicker than those other cars simple as that" It got round that track quicker on that day. I have seen the Focus RS beat cars in one mag only to get beaten in another. BTW I had an Evo a few years back...

My Williams with a stopwatch is about 6 secs. Sometimes a bit under, sometimes a bit over. My speedo over-reads by 3-4mph up to 70mph. Its just under 4mph out at 30mph and the same at 70mph so I do 35-75! so its not bad for a rough guide.

Im £395 FC with tescos. When I had my Fiesta Turbo I was only £60 extra to increase the power from 133bhp to 165bhp. In fact I was allowed to increase to 175bhp for the £60. Your age comes into to tho - I was 27.

Ive posted this before so ill post this one LAST time. My cousins first car was a VTR and his Dad had a 1.4RT - there was virtually nothing between them. The VTR would be quicker more often than the RT.
