Yeah best to get the tracking done though. I run the same size on mine and did notice a difference, but then agian like daz said it makes up for it in handeling. Do what ben said and get it chiped. Should give back the loast performance.
Yeah mine does that. Also have a straight through decat pipe. Although its an rt done 60k with a hillpower rebuilt head dont think its anything to worry about. Just carbon. Like everyone says blue smoke is the one to watch and of course white smoke .... lol.

Brun wouldnt worry about the bottom end at all if your doing 12k a year its gona last you another 4 years at least. And changing the big end bearings is not to bad, having helpt change my mates on his 16v.
If your gona up grade get a set of 16v calipers (think 5 turbo calipers are the same as well) then the disks and pads to match works a treat much much better than the standard set up.
