Try and find a williams lump with about 60k on it. Coupled with a cat back exhaust decat induction kit and chip should see around 165bhp 1/4 mid to high 14s. I am in the same boat as you mate got a magnex, decat, viper and pbv with 90k on the clock and i am looking at what to do next.
Yeah just use some dynamate or something along the same lines that way you can take it off when you want. It just sticks to the back of the adaptor plate.
Yeah pretty much just with a little lip on it so i can fit the samco hose on. Good work there mate. Dont forget to use some silicon or something on the back of the plate so it forms a good seal to the throttle body plate. I used some dynamate on mine.
Umm I am not sure on the revs, I never really got mine right.
I usually change at 7000rpm (power plot shows peak power at 6900 for mine). And I can never get into fourth by the end of it.
Ditch the 17s though and the back seats any ice etc.
A pannel filter with a good air supply. Magnex cat back exhaust and any decat will get the ball rolling. But if you can afford it then a bmc or viper induction kit along with a uni chip will get you to about 150+bhp.
