I used Castol Magnatec GTD in my car when I changed the oil at around 11k... then I just let Renault change it to whatever they change it to in the 18k service (Elf? dunno). The car has never lost any oil though at all, never needs topping up. Almost on 20k now.

the Meguiars Quik Clay is apparently supposed to be crap. Clearkote or 3M would be your best bet.

Halfords dont do a clay bar any more. Its actually called a "surface cleansing bar", I got mine from the clearance section - this stuff hasnt been on the shelf for a while. Only cost me 15p a bar.. I got seven (all they had!). Its good stuff ;)

The Extra Gloss is great - dead easy to use because it like thin liquid when you apply it. You just let it dry for an hour ish then buff it off
